Return & Refund Policy

At Jodi Custom Creationz & Gifts, all items are made with care and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our policy below before placing your order.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom T-shirts
  • Custom tumblers & mugs
  • Party favors
  • Personalized gift items

Each item is made specifically to your request, so we cannot restock or resell them.


✅ Order Accuracy Responsibility

Please double-check all details before submitting your order, including:

  • Names
  • Dates
  • Colors
  • Sizes
  • Custom wording

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Now listen — if WE mess up, we fix it. Period.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (our error)

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

⏳ Processing Time

All items are custom-made, so please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for standard orders
  • Longer processing time for bulk or large orders

🚚 Shipping

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.


❌ Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After that, your order is already in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
