All items are made to order, so please allow:
- 3–5 business days for standard orders
- 5–10 business days for bulk or large orders
Processing time does not include shipping time.

Once your order is completed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

📦 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout.

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

📬 Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
